User Agreement
This agreement governs access to the private information cabinet for the NOVATEX LLC investment project. Registration and use of the cabinet mean that the user accepts these terms and the Personal Data Processing Policy.
The user must not disclose account credentials to third parties or copy or distribute cabinet materials without the copyright holder's written permission. The administrator may change the materials, access levels and update date.
Cabinet materials, including financial, technical and commercial indicators, are informational and preliminary. They may change as the project is structured and do not constitute a public offer, an invitation to make offers, a guarantee of yield or an obligation to enter into a transaction. Financing terms, ownership interests and timing are determined only by separate documents signed by the parties.
The final versions of this agreement, the personal-data policy, retention periods and operator details must be reviewed and approved by the site owner in light of the actual data-processing processes.
